POLICIES


   ONCE    A  PAYMENT   HAS   BEEN    MADE,  IT    CAN   TAKE   UP   TO   72    HOURS (3 DAYS)  FOR YOUR PAYMENT   TO     PROCESS.   AFTER   YOUR    PAYMENT   HAS    BEEN  PROCESSED   YOU   WILL   RECEIVE   YOUR:

  •  WIG COLLECTION UNIT WITHIN 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS 

  • READY TO SHIP WITH IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

  • STUSH BUNDLES WITHIN 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS

  • STUSH LACE TINT WITHIN 3  BUSINESS DAYS

 

 

 

POLICIES FOR STUSH BUNDLES
 

We do offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within fifteen (15) days of you receiving your order. We are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

You must contact us first at (Stushcreations.info@gmail.com) within the fifteen (15) day return period of receiving your order. All Stush Creations Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging, the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued.  

We will then provide you with our return address, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged. 

 You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Stush Creations will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS, FedEx or DHL to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for. 



POLICIES  FOR  UNITS AND LACE TINT

 

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OUR UNITS OR LACE TINT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
