*PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW IN IT'S ENTIRETY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR BOOKING PROCRESS GOES SMOOTHLY

Exact address will be sent via email 72 hours prior to your install

Wigs must be dropped off 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED (NO EXCEPTIONS) IF YOUR WIG IS NOT DROPPED OFF DURING THE TIME FRAMES LISTED. I DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY CUSTOMIZING/COLOUR SERVICES.

Please come with  HAIR BRAIDED STRAIGHT BACK  (the smaller the braids, the flatter your install will be).

  • Mandatory $50.00 deposit required to book which will go towards the total cost of your service

  • Deposits are non-refundable NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Remaining payment day of service must be paid IN CASH ONLY. Any other form of payment will not be accepted i.e email transfers, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle etc. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • You are given a 10 minute grace period. A $10.00 late fee will be applied once the grace period has passed. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to re-book + repay a new deposit for the next available booking date should you choose to continue with the service. Please text the number located in your booking confirmation email if you will be running late.

  • You're only able to reschedule your appointment ONCE up to 48 hours prior to your appointment through the confirmation email. Rescheduling at any timeframe less than 48 hours will forfeit your deposit and a new booking will have to be made.

  • IF YOU'RE A NO SHOW / NO CALL YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS

  • No extra guests or children

  • HD / THIN TRANSPARENT LACE ONLY.. Your appointment will be CANCELLED if the lace is not HD or transparent i.e dark lace, thick lace, lace stained by color, T-part wigs or silk based frontals/closures. If you're unsure of the type of lace please send a picture via email prior to booking  (email: stushcreations.info@gmail.com)

  • I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER STYLISTS' WORK. I WILL NOT ACCEPT WIGS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN CUT / INSTALLED. NEW WIGS ONLY, UNLESS IT IS ONE THAT I HAVE INSTALLED FOR YOU PREVIOUSLY.

  • If you'd like to purchase a wig or bundles from me for an appointment, please email me with the lengths + curl pattern you'd like BEFORE booking as it will need to be ordered in for you. I do not keep wigs / hair on hand.

  • Please be sure that the wig you provide fits
