Once we've shipped out an item and it is in the possession of the Canada Post mailing system, there is nothing we can do on our end until the package is returned to us. Please ensure that you provide us with your correct /complete address including unit, apartment and buzzer number if applicable to you.
Once we receive your order back there will be an additional fee to be paid by the receiver to have it reshipped.
